Planned Engineering and Construction, Inc. (PEC) will be completing approximately 11,000 ft. of CIPP (Cured-in-Place Pipe) installation within the Pocatello wastewater collection system in 2018. This is a method of rehabilitating and renewing existing sewer main pipe by cleaning and placing a new interior surface liner in the pipe. CIPP extends the expected life of pipe at a reduced cost over complete replacement.
